San Bernardino Arcade Burgled During Thanksgiving

A community facility in Caledon was vandalized by a group of intruders on Sunday night, with reports indicating that while the premises were ransacked, nothing was reported stolen. The police are investigating the incident, which resulted in damage to a large window, and are appealing for information from the public. In a separate incident, the Extraordinaire Arcade in San Bernardino experienced a series of burglaries over the Thanksgiving weekend, with owner Will Luna estimating losses of nearly $16,000 due to stolen equipment, including several PlayStation 5 consoles and an arcade game. The thieves, believed to be from nearby homeless encampments, disabled security cameras and continued their thefts until an alarm at a neighboring salon was triggered. Luna has recovered some stolen items and is calling on city officials to address the issues posed by nearby encampments, emphasizing the impact on community businesses.
