Hettinger Racing Acquires Bret Holmes Racing Assets

Chris Hettinger has acquired the assets of Bret Holmes Racing to establish Hettinger Racing, which will debut in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at Martinsville Speedway, with Brett Moffitt driving the No. 4 Chevrolet for the final two races of the season. The purchase comes after Bret Holmes Racing announced its closure following a successful season start, including a top 10 finish at Talladega. Hettinger aims to develop drivers through a structured transition from Late Models to ARCA and Trucks, maintaining their Late Model program concurrently. Moffitt, a former Truck Series champion, is seen as a vital asset for the team's preparation for 2025, providing essential feedback from the upcoming races.
