Australian cyclist Kaden Groves (Alpecin-Deceuninck) claimed victory in stage two of the Vuelta a España with a powerful sprint finish ahead of Belgium's Wout van Aert (Visma-Lease a Bike). Groves' win marked his fifth career stage victory at the Vuelta and his first of the season, providing a much-needed boost after a challenging year. The third stage saw Van Aert finally win, solidifying his strong start in the race.
