Toll Brothers is launching several new luxury home communities across the U.S. in 2025, including Lyondale Meadows in Newtown, Pennsylvania, and Toll Brothers at South Main in Milpitas, California. Lyondale Meadows will feature 45 single-family homes with expansive floor plans exceeding 5,000 square feet, priced from $1.6 million, set amid 90 acres of open space and zoned for the top-ranked Council Rock School District. The Milpitas community will offer all-electric luxury townhomes ranging from 1,565 to over 2,330 square feet, with 3 to 4 bedrooms, priced from $1.2 million, and convenient access to Silicon Valley employers and transit. Both communities allow buyers to personalize their homes through the Toll Brothers Design Studio, ensuring modern, high-end finishes and tailored layouts. Additionally, Toll Brothers Apartment Living has begun construction on The Airedale, a luxury multifamily community in Charlotte, North Carolina, featuring 348 units with amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness facilities, and smart home technology, scheduled to open in late 2026. These developments reflect Toll Brothers' continued expansion in luxury residential markets with a focus on modern design, location convenience, and personalized living experiences.
