USWNT Roster Announced for Victory Tour Friendlies

The U.S. women's national soccer team, under coach Emma Hayes, is set to play a series of friendlies against Iceland and Argentina, marking their first matches since winning Olympic gold. Hayes has named a 26-player roster for these games, which will feature 18 Olympians as part of the team's victory tour, in compliance with the players' collective bargaining agreement. Injured players, including Trinity Rodman, Crystal Dunn, and Tierna Davidson, will miss out, while six uncapped players have been called up, highlighting Hayes' focus on integrating new talent. The friendlies will be played in Austin, Nashville, and Louisville, and will honor veteran Kelley O’Hara with a retirement ceremony.
