5-Year-Old Falls Overboard Disney Dream Cruise Ship Rescued by Father

A 5-year-old girl fell overboard from the Disney Dream cruise ship after losing her balance while sitting on a railing and falling backward through an open porthole. The incident occurred on June 29, while the ship was sailing between the Bahamas and Port Everglades. The girl's mother alerted the father, who then jumped into the ocean and held the girl afloat until the ship’s crew rescued them about 20 minutes later.
