Marriott Plans St Regis Luxury Hotel, Residences in Jeddah by 2030

Marriott International has signed agreements with Miyar Alshati Real Estate Company, Telal Al Wadi Real Estate Company, and Saud Al Arifi Investment Group to introduce the luxury St. Regis brand to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with the hotel set to open in 2030. The St. Regis Jeddah will be located in the 52-storey U-View Tower along Jeddah’s waterfront, offering 191 guest rooms, suites, and serviced apartments with sea views, five dining venues including a signature restaurant and pool lounge, wellness facilities, and over 1,000 square meters of meeting and event space. Additionally, the project includes The Residences at The St. Regis Jeddah, featuring 92 branded residences with one to five bedrooms and luxury amenities such as a resident lounge, media room, children’s activity area, fitness center, and swimming pool. Marriott's senior vice president highlighted Jeddah's importance as a business and leisure destination and a gateway to the holy cities of Makkah and Medina, emphasizing the brand's commitment to expanding its presence in the Kingdom. The development aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 framework, aiming to foster tourism, elevate luxury hospitality standards, and contribute to the nation’s economic diversification and cultural enrichment. The partners expressed confidence that the project will significantly enhance Jeddah’s hospitality landscape and offer unparalleled guest experiences.
