Terrance Gray Interviews for Titans GM Position

The Tennessee Titans are progressing with their search for a new general manager, having conducted a second round of interviews with candidates, including Buffalo Bills' director of player personnel Terrance Gray. Gray, who has been with the Bills since 2017 and has risen through the ranks, completed his second interview on Tuesday, further solidifying his status as a leading candidate. The Titans are looking to replace former GM Ran Carthon, who was dismissed after a disappointing two-season record. Alongside Gray, Colts assistant GM Ed Dodds is also under consideration as the Titans aim to finalize their choice by the end of the week. The Titans’ president of football operations, Chad Brinker, is overseeing the selection process, which includes six finalists. The team is focused on candidates who can oversee coaching staff and player acquisitions while reporting directly to Brinker.
