Cradle of Filth Keyboardist Zoë Federoff Leaves Mid South America Tour

Zoë Marie Federoff, the keyboardist and backing vocalist for Cradle of Filth since 2022, has left the band mid-tour for personal reasons, as announced on August 24. She requested privacy for herself and her family and wished her successor and former bandmates well. Federoff played a significant role on the band's latest album, The Screaming of the Valkyries, released earlier in 2025, and had married band guitarist Marek 'Ashok' Šmerda in January. Cradle of Filth quickly announced Kelsey Peters as her replacement to ensure the ongoing South American tour would continue without disruption. The band expressed appreciation for their fans' support and affirmed their commitment to maintaining professionalism and continuing their tour schedule through late September. Federoff's departure marks a sudden change during the band's South American leg, but the group remains optimistic about their future performances.
