RCMP Seek Suspects in Multiple Manitoba, Alberta Murder Cases

Manitoba RCMP are actively searching for Ferlin Bone, 32, who is wanted on a second-degree murder charge following the fatal shooting of a 23-year-old man at Waywayseecappo First Nation, a community northwest of Winnipeg. The victim was found with a gunshot wound on Sunday evening and later died in hospital. Police believe the shooting was targeted as Bone and the victim knew each other. Bone was seen fleeing the scene in a red SUV, which was later found abandoned outside the community. Authorities urge anyone with information on Bone's whereabouts to contact the Manitoba First Nation Police Service or Crime Stoppers anonymously. Separately, Alberta RCMP are also seeking Christian Nyabirungu, 35, wanted for first-degree murder and other charges in connection with a 2018 killing in Strathcona County, Alta., and warn he is dangerous and should not be approached.
