Seven Arrested in Ilkeston Stabbing Death

Seven individuals have been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of an 18-year-old man in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Police were called to Rose Avenue at 8:20 PM on Saturday, where they found the victim with a stab wound; he was pronounced dead shortly before 9 PM on nearby Heanor Road. The arrested include four 17-year-old boys on suspicion of murder, while a 52-year-old man and two girls aged 15 and 16 are suspected of assisting an offender. The investigation, led by the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, is in its early stages, and authorities are treating the incident as isolated.
