Pakistan Defence Minister Rules Out Nuclear Option Amid India Tensions

The conflict intensified after India conducted precision strikes on terror launchpads in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, in retaliation for a militant attack linked to cross-border elements. Pakistan responded with drone attacks targeting multiple locations in India, which Indian defense systems intercepted successfully. Pakistan also claimed that several of its air bases were targeted by Indian missiles and drones, though India has not confirmed these claims.
