Minnesota Murder Suspects Arrested in Michigan's Upper Peninsula
Two suspects, a 35-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, were arrested by Michigan State Police in Ishpeming Township in connection with a homicide that occurred in Moorhead, Minnesota, on April 13. The male suspect, Jerome Anthony Thomas III, is charged with multiple offenses, including second-degree murder and attempted murder, while his alleged accomplice, Abby Nicole Fredrickson, faces charges for aiding an offender. The arrests were made following a traffic stop after police were alerted that the suspects may be in the area. The Moorhead Police Department is actively investigating the case, and both individuals are currently awaiting extradition to Minnesota. Authorities have confirmed that there is no ongoing threat to public safety related to this incident. Both suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
