Highland Township Man Charged in Fiancée's Death

Michael Devon Webb, 21, of Highland Township, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and felony firearm after allegedly shooting and killing his 23-year-old fiancée, Rachel Renee Wooten, in their shared home on April 15.
