TCS Extends Partnership with Primark for Technology Upgrade

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has extended its partnership with international fashion retailer Primark for five years, aimed at transforming Primark's technology operations to support its global growth ambitions. The collaboration, which builds on a relationship established in 2016, will enhance the resilience and efficiency of Primark's IT environment through intelligent automation and DevOps technologies. TCS will assist in adopting a more agile, product-based operating model, ultimately reducing time-to-market and improving responsiveness to market trends. Primark's CIO, Andrew Brothers, emphasized the importance of this partnership in providing operational stability and accountability necessary for scaling their business. The partnership comes at a time when TCS is seeing significant deal wins in the UK market, with the country contributing around 17% of its revenue.
