Lamar Little League Heads to Williamsport in 2025

Lamar Little League from Richmond, Texas, earned a spot in the 2025 Little League World Series by defeating Louisiana's Eastbank 5-2 in the Southwest Regional championship, with a decisive two-run fifth inning and key performances from Michael Frankie, Brayden Carlisle, and Joseph Miller. This is Lamar's first trip to Williamsport since 2004, continuing the Houston area's recent track record in the tournament.
