OpenAI Launches ChatGPT Atlas; Alphabet Shares Fall

OpenAI on Tuesday launched ChatGPT Atlas, an AI-powered web browser that bundles ChatGPT with a built-in browser and an "agent" that can take control of a user's mouse and keyboard for proactive task management. Atlas is available globally on macOS now, with Windows, iOS and Android versions coming soon, and CEO Sam Altman described it as an early-stage project he expects to expand quickly.
