Band Aid Releases 40th Anniversary Mix of Charity Hit

This version will blend vocals from previous renditions featuring artists such as Harry Styles, George Michael, and Chris Martin, allowing listeners to hear collaborations between younger and older artists. Produced by Trevor Horn, the track will be supported by a house band that includes music legends like Paul McCartney and Phil Collins. The compilation will also feature the original 1984 version, along with the 2004 and 2014 updates, and will be available on various formats on November 29. A new music video will accompany the release, showcasing archival footage and introducing the star-studded lineup. Proceeds from sales will support the Band Aid Trust, continuing the legacy of the charity single that has raised millions for humanitarian efforts since its inception.
