Ravula Kamal Kumar, a 37-year-old man from Warangal, was arrested in Telangana for allegedly murdering J Shanthi over a dispute regarding a missing mobile phone charger. The incident occurred on August 24 after Kumar confronted Shanthi at her home, accusing her of stealing the charger. Following a heated argument, he pushed her, causing her to fall and sustain a head injury, and subsequently suffocated her to silence her cries for help. Kumar fled the scene but was later apprehended by police due to CCTV footage that tracked his movements. He was remanded to custody after being located in Gagillapur village. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities emphasizing the tragic escalation of a seemingly minor dispute into violence.
