RCB, Delhi Capitals Announce Key IPL Replacements

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have signed Mayank Agarwal as an injury replacement for Devdutt Padikkal, who is out for the remainder of IPL 2025 with a right hamstring injury. Padikkal had scored 247 runs in 10 matches at a strike rate above 150, playing a key role in RCB's campaign. Agarwal, returning to RCB after over a decade, brings experience from 127 IPL matches and has been signed for INR 1 crore to bolster the top order. RCB are currently second on the points table and need one more win to secure a playoff spot. In a separate development, Delhi Capitals have replaced Harry Brook, who withdrew for personal reasons, with Afghanistan's Sediqullah Atal. Both teams are making key roster changes ahead of the crucial stage of the tournament.
