2025 Darts Grand Slam and WDF World Championship Draws Confirmed for UK
The 2025 Grand Slam of Darts is set to take place from November 8 to 16 at WV Active Aldersley in Wolverhampton, featuring 32 players divided into eight groups with a group stage followed by knockout rounds. Luke Littler, the defending champion and a rising star in darts, will look to retain his title amid strong competition including World No. 1 Luke Humphries and Michael van Gerwen, with matches broadcast live on Sky Sports and streams available on NOW TV and PDCTV. Following the Grand Slam, the PDC World Darts Championship will run from December 11, 2025, to January 3, 2026, at Alexandra Palace in London, where Littler will also defend his world title against a field of 96 players. Meanwhile, the WDF World Championship is scheduled from November 28 to December 7 at Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green, featuring 85 players across men's, women's, boys', and girls' events, with defending men's champion Shane McGuirk and top seeds like Jimmy van Schie and Lerena Rietbergen participating. The WDF event will also see several debutants and notable players such as 14-year-old Mitchell Lawrie competing, with tickets available via Eventbrite. These tournaments highlight an exciting period in darts with a mix of established stars and emerging young talent competing on the sport's biggest stages.
