Integra, Perpetua Support Idaho's SPEED Act for Streamlined Permitting

Integra Resources Corp. and Perpetua Resources Corp. have both expressed strong support for Idaho's newly enacted SPEED Act, designed to streamline permitting processes for development projects while upholding environmental standards. The act establishes a SPEED Council to enhance collaboration among state agencies, facilitating quicker reviews of permits across various sectors. Integra aims to advance its DeLamar Project in Idaho, which is one of the most developed gold-silver projects in the Western U.S., while Perpetua's Stibnite Gold Project is expected to provide significant employment and address U.S. antimony demand. The Stibnite project could create around 550 jobs and reduce reliance on foreign antimony sources, bolstering national mineral security. Both companies view the SPEED Act as a pivotal move towards responsible resource development that can coexist with rigorous environmental protections.
