Tulane Wins Opener 52-0 Over Southeastern Louisiana

The Tulane Green Wave started their 2024 college football season with a commanding 52-0 victory over Southeastern Louisiana. Redshirt freshman quarterback Darian Mensah impressed in his debut, completing 10-of-12 passes for 205 yards and two touchdowns. A highlight of the game was Rayshawn Pleasant's 100-yard interception return for a touchdown, marking only the second time this feat has been achieved in American Athletic Conference history.
