William Bader convicted for littering racist propaganda in Ohio

William Bader, a 47-year-old man from Northern Kentucky, was found guilty of littering racist propaganda pamphlets while driving through Lincoln Heights and Lockland. The court proceedings revealed that Bader had been tossing out Ku Klux Klan flyers from his vehicle, prompting local residents to report him. During his trial, Bader admitted to distributing thousands of flyers across multiple towns, which led to his citation for littering. Judge Bernie Bouchard sentenced Bader to a $100 fine for each of the two charges, plus court costs. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office emphasized its stance against hate speech in light of the incident. Authorities confiscated a flag with the words 'Peace and Love' that Bader had in his vehicle, intended to be returned to local residents.
