2026 College Football Hall of Fame Ballot Grows
The National Football Foundation has released the ballot for the 2026 College Football Hall of Fame, including 79 FBS players, nine FBS coaches, 100 players, and 35 coaches from lower divisions. First-time nominees feature Heisman winners Mark Ingram, Cam Newton, and Robert Griffin III, as well as AP National Player of the Year Ndamukong Suh and Pro Football Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison. Other notable players include Marshawn Lynch, Randall Cobb, Marcus Harris, Terence Newman, and regional stars like Kenjon Barner and Jonathan Stewart. The ballot also features standout coaches such as Gary Patterson, Dennis Franchione, Larry Coker, and Tommy Tuberville. Both new and returning candidates are represented among the nominees. The final inductees will be announced in January 2026.
