DeGraw Withdraws from Iowa City Council Race, Primary Unaffected

Sharon DeGraw has suspended her campaign for the Iowa City Council District C seat, citing a personal matter. Despite her withdrawal, DeGraw's name will remain on the ballot for the upcoming primary election on February 4, as it is too late to remove it.
