Multiple Kidnapping Arrests Reported in Oregon, Vermont, Arizona Cases

Meanwhile, in Vermont, Jason Langmaid was arrested after taking his stepchild without returning at the agreed time, prompting an AMBER alert; the child was later found unharmed in New York.
