TrinaTracker establishes 3GW solar manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia

TrinaTracker, a subsidiary of Trinasolar Co. Ltd., has announced the establishment of a new 3 GW manufacturing facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, poised to begin operations in Q1 2025. This facility, part of a land-lease agreement with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), focuses on producing the Vanguard series of solar trackers and smart control systems designed for harsh environmental conditions. The move aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to diversify the economy and enhance local job creation while supporting the region's burgeoning renewable energy sector. TrinaTracker's new plant will be its fourth globally, joining existing facilities in China, Spain, and Brazil.
