Trenton Man Shot Dead Inside Vehicle, Investigation Ongoing

A 25-year-old man, Wilmer Eliu Vidal Romero, was found shot in his vehicle in Trenton, New Jersey, on Thursday night around 9:23 p.m. Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert at the intersection of Dayton and Grand Streets, where they discovered Romero bleeding heavily from a gunshot wound inside a white Toyota 4Runner. Despite efforts to provide medical aid, he was pronounced dead after being transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center. No arrests have been made, and the Mercer County Homicide Task Force is continuing the investigation. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
