Vande Bharat Express to Pune

The Indian Railways is launching new Vande Bharat Express train services, including a tri-weekly train from Kolhapur to Pune and a second train connecting Hubballi and Pune. The Kolhapur-Pune route will operate on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with a fare of Rs 560 for standard seats and Rs 1,135 for executive class. Hubballi's new service, starting September 18, will also run thrice a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, with fares ranging from Rs 1,185 to Rs 2,780 depending on the class and catering options. Additionally, Vande Bharat trains are being introduced in Bihar, with operations starting from Bhagalpur to Kolkata and Tatanagar to Patna. These services aim to enhance travel convenience and reduce journey times significantly. The introduction of these trains is part of a broader initiative to improve rail connectivity across the country.
