Daddario, Wittrock Star in Hershey Biopic, Filming May 2025

The Hershey Company is set to release a film titled 'Hershey,' chronicling the life of its founder, Milton Hershey, and his wife, Catherine 'Kitty' Hershey. Directed by Mark Waters, known for 'Mean Girls' and 'Freaky Friday,' the film stars Finn Wittrock and Alexandra Daddario as Milton and Catherine, respectively. The movie will explore their journey from repeated business failures to creating the iconic Hershey chocolate empire and their philanthropic legacy, especially the Milton Hershey School for disadvantaged children. Filming is scheduled to start in May 2025 in Pennsylvania, with a release planned for 2026, coinciding with America's 250th anniversary. Dandelion Media, alongside Hershey-affiliated entities, is producing the film, emphasizing the Hersheys' commitment to community and social good.
