Artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Google Learn About, and Microsoft Copilot are transforming research and search marketing by offering enhanced real-time results and generative features, but each has unique strengths and limitations, particularly regarding accuracy and relevance. As organizations adopt these tools, understanding the different types of knowledge—declarative, procedural, embedded, and more—becomes essential to ensure that AI systems align with human expectations and organizational goals. The governance and structuring of knowledge within AI is critical for building trustworthy and effective AI applications.
