Teachers Charged with Exploitation in Multiple Locations

Recent investigations have led to multiple arrests and charges against teachers in various locations for sexual misconduct and related crimes. In Coweta County, Georgia, English teacher Patricia Fulford and two teenagers face charges including cruelty to children and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, amid an ongoing investigation into sexual misconduct involving a juvenile. In Longueuil, Canada, former elementary school teacher Kyle Le Huquet was arrested for luring up to 40 teenage girls and charged with possession and production of child pornography. In Mississippi, Mitchell Cantrell, a former teacher at Desoto Central Elementary School, was arrested for downloading child sexual abuse material. Lastly, in Troy, Illinois, Triad High School teacher Michael Smargiassi faces felony grooming charges after inappropriate communications with a 15-year-old student were discovered.
