Gazprom Reports Stable Gas Exports to Europe

Despite a contractual dispute with Austrian energy firm OMV, Gazprom's natural gas exports to Europe via Ukraine have remained stable, with the company dispatching 42.4 million cubic meters daily. The cessation of supply to OMV, which began on Saturday, has not disrupted overall flow, although requests for gas going to Austria from Slovakia are approximately 12-13% lower than levels recorded before the halt. It remains unclear where the redirected gas volumes intended for OMV are currently being allocated. Slovak state-owned firm SPP confirms that it continues to receive Russian gas, indicating sustained interest in such supplies across Europe. Data from transmission operator Eustream supports the notion of stable flow requests to both Austria and the Czech Republic, despite the ongoing tensions.
