Micah Hyde Re-signs with Buffalo Bills

Micah Hyde has re-signed with the Buffalo Bills to join their practice squad, stepping out of retirement to pursue a Super Bowl with his former team. At 33 years old, Hyde expressed a desire to help younger teammates while acknowledging that he will retire after the season ends. Coach Sean McDermott emphasized that Hyde will serve in a practice squad role, as the team is confident in their current safety lineup. Hyde, a Pro Bowl selection in 2017, recorded 54 tackles and two interceptions last season but missed significant time due to injuries. He has had a productive career with 644 tackles and 24 interceptions over 158 games. This move comes as the Bills prepare for a playoff push after clinching the AFC East title.
