Sky Force Crosses ₹100 Crore Globally

Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya's film 'Sky Force' has seen a notable performance at the box office, crossing the Rs 100 crore mark globally. After a strong opening of Rs 12.25 crore, the film maintained momentum over the first weekend, with earnings of Rs 28 crore on Sunday. Despite a significant drop in collections on the first Monday, 'Sky Force' picked up again. The film, which tells the story of India's 1965 airstrike on Pakistan, features Akshay Kumar as Wing Commander Kumar Om Ahuja and is directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani. The movie has faced competition from new releases like Shahid Kapoor's 'Deva,' but continues to perform well due to positive word-of-mouth and its patriotic theme. 'Sky Force' is produced by Jio Studios and Maddock Films, with prominent roles played by Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur.
