Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, stars of Teen Mom, have found a buyer for their Croswell, Michigan home, which was at risk of foreclosure due to delinquent property taxes. The couple initially listed the property for $454,900 in September 2023 but struggled to sell it, eventually lowering the price to $425,000 after taking it off the market for a period. The home, built in 1869 and featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, is now under contract. This comes after a Certificate of Forfeiture was issued in March 2024 for unpaid taxes, threatening the couple's ownership of the property. They purchased the home in 2017 for $220,000 and have faced various challenges related to their financial situation and the adoption of their firstborn daughter, Carly. The sale of the home marks a significant step in alleviating their financial burdens.
