Yung Filly Faces Additional Sexual Assault Charges Australia Trial

British rapper and YouTuber Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, faces two additional charges of sexual penetration without consent related to an alleged assault in Australia during his 2024 tour. These new charges add to previous allegations, which include three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, one count of strangulation, and four counts of sexual penetration without consent, all stemming from an incident in a Perth hotel room. Barrientos, who has pleaded not guilty to the original charges, appeared in Perth District Court with no plea yet entered for the latest accusations, and his 10-day trial is scheduled to begin on July 20, 2026. Alongside these legal issues, he admitted to a reckless driving charge after being caught driving over 96 mph in November 2024. Yung Filly is a well-known social media personality associated with the YouTube Beta Squad and has appeared on various UK television programs including Celebrity Bake Off, Soccer Aid, and BBC Three shows. Despite the allegations, he continues to deny all accusations of sexual assault and strangulation.
