Hernandez Arrested for Michigan Murder; Franklin Charged

Carlos Jose Hernandez, 37, has been arrested in Louisiana in connection with the murder of Hussein Murray in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Hernandez, along with an accomplice still at large, allegedly posed as utility workers to gain access to Murray's home, where they murdered him and restrained his wife. Authorities believe the crime was a targeted robbery, with the home ransacked for valuables. Hernandez is facing charges including felony murder and unlawful imprisonment, and is awaiting extradition to Michigan. Separately, Davonte Demetri Franklin has been charged in Oakland County for the murder of two individuals after an altercation over a dice game, where he attempted to use a potato as a silencer.
