Three Willingboro Men Charged in Fatal Shooting of Bruce Hall Jr.

Three men from Willingboro—Elijah B. Ervin, Shaheed L. Ervin, and Earl T. Johnson—have been charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and several weapons offenses in connection with the fatal shooting of Bruce Hall Jr., 43, who was found dead in his parked pickup truck in the Pennypacker Park section of Willingboro on August 10. Elijah and Shaheed Ervin were arrested in August and held at Burlington County Jail, while Johnson was arrested in Philadelphia in September and is awaiting extradition to New Jersey. The shooting occurred near the intersection of Paddock Lane and Poppy Turn around 9 p.m., with Hall pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities, including the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office and Willingboro Township Police, continue to investigate the case with assistance from multiple law enforcement agencies. Separately, in south-west London, three men have also been charged with conspiracy to murder and attempted murder following the fatal shooting of Kyrone Moodie, 27, who died after a shooting in Clapham. These incidents highlight ongoing investigations into fatal shootings in both the U.S. and the U.K., with suspects charged and awaiting further court proceedings.
