Eight Arrested in Cyprus for Terrorism Financing

Cyprus police have arrested eight Syrian nationals on suspicion of financing a terrorist organization believed to be linked to Hezbollah. The arrests were made during coordinated raids in Limassol and Paphos, following intelligence suggesting that funds were being sent to a Syria-based group. The suspects, who do not appear to have planned any attacks in Cyprus, are being investigated for conspiracy, participation in a criminal organization, and potential drug-related funding sources.
