Couple Arrested for Stealing Car with Toddler

Two individuals, Kristopher Klein and Neanni Bowman, were arrested in Janesville, Wisconsin, after allegedly stealing a vehicle with a two-year-old child inside. The incident occurred at a Stop N Go gas station, and while the vehicle was reported stolen, the child was found abandoned and unharmed in a car seat on the side of Riverside Street shortly thereafter. Police arrested Klein and Bowman on multiple charges, including felony vehicle theft, child abduction, and child abandonment. The Rock County Sheriff's Office and other local police agencies assisted in the swift response and apprehension of the suspects. Both Klein and Bowman have previous misdemeanor records, and they are currently held at Rock County jail.
