The procedure, which she described as body sculpting, involved fat removal and skin tightening, specifically targeting her lower abdomen post-pregnancy. Cartwright expressed her desire to feel good after a challenging year, stating, "I wanted to look good after everything I’ve been through this year. I want to look my very best." Following her separation announcement in February 2024, she filed for divorce in August, seeking primary custody of their three-year-old son, Cruz.
