China, Russia Hold Strategic Security Talks

Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing to discuss strengthening the strategic partnership between Russia and China, specifically to counter the U.S. policy of dual containment.
