Scotty McCreery Launches Monthly SiriusXM Prime Country Show July 5

Country music star Scotty McCreery will launch a new monthly radio show titled 'Prime Country with Scotty McCreery' on SiriusXM's Prime Country channel starting July 5. The show will highlight McCreery's favorite country songs from the 1980s and 1990s, featuring handpicked tracks from iconic artists like Garth Brooks, George Strait, Randy Travis, and Patty Loveless, along with live Grand Ole Opry performances from that era. As a Grand Ole Opry member and celebrated country artist, McCreery will share stories about the artists who influenced him and occasionally feature his own music and guest conversations. New episodes will premiere the first Saturday of every month at 3 pm ET and will be available on demand via the SiriusXM app and web player. The show aims to spotlight the era that shaped his musical journey and deepen appreciation for country music history. McCreery, who won American Idol's 10th season and has multiple chart-topping hits, also plans to discuss the show and other projects in interviews on SiriusXM channels.
