Two Scooter Collisions Injure Woman, Girl in Kaukauna, Copnor Road

Two separate traffic incidents involving vulnerable road users occurred recently. In Kaukauna, Wisconsin, a 12-year-old girl riding an electric scooter on a sidewalk was struck and dragged briefly by a vehicle exiting a Kwik Trip convenience store; she sustained arm and shoulder injuries but was treated and released from the hospital. Meanwhile, in Hampshire, a woman in her 60s riding a moped was seriously injured in a collision involving a car and a van on Copnor Road, and she was hospitalized. Police investigations in both cases found no arrests were made, and the drivers did not intentionally cause harm.
