Three Retailers Planned for Former Sears Space at Twelve Oaks Mall

Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Michigan, is set to transform the former Sears space with three new tenants scheduled to open in 2026: DICK’S House of Sport, Primark, and Round 1. DICK’S House of Sport will occupy over 100,000 square feet on the lower level, featuring athletic products and interactive experiences such as a climbing wall, golf simulators, and a multi-sport cage. Primark, a fast-casual clothing and housewares retailer, will take 46,000 square feet on the upper level, marking its second Michigan location. Round 1, a family entertainment center offering bowling, arcade games, karaoke, and food, will occupy 54,000 square feet alongside Primark on the upper level. Mall officials anticipate these additions will enrich the shopping and entertainment options, create jobs, and stimulate local economic growth. Sears closed its Novi location in 2019 as part of broader national closures, leaving the space available for redevelopment.
