Azizi Developments Launches $20.4B Azizi Milan Community in Dubai

Azizi Developments has launched Azizi Milan, a $20.4 billion, zero-carbon master-planned community in Dubai, inspired by Milan's design and cultural heritage. Spanning over 40 million square feet, the project will accommodate 144,000 residents in more than 80,000 residential units and also include hotels, retail districts, office spaces, and lifestyle amenities. The development emphasizes sustainability with rooftop gardens, integration into global carbon offset schemes, and advanced smart systems for energy efficiency and comfort. Pedestrian-only fashion streets lined with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife venues aim to position Azizi Milan as a future fashion capital for the Middle East. The project is strategically located near key transport routes and the future Blue Line Metro, and offers more attainable property prices compared to Azizi's luxury developments. Azizi Milan will be built around existing City of Arabia landmarks and is expected to enhance the surrounding community for residents and investors alike.
