Police Recover Teenage Girl's Body After Fall in West Yorkshire Reservoir

Police searching for a teenage girl who fell into Baitings Reservoir near Ripponden have recovered a body believed to be hers. The girl, aged 13, reportedly fell into the water from Baitings Dam while taking a photograph in front of her father. Emergency services, including underwater search teams, firefighters, paramedics, and police boats, conducted extensive searches before finding the body. Formal identification has yet to take place, but the girl's family has been informed and is receiving support from specially trained officers. Authorities do not believe the death to be suspicious and continue to investigate to establish the exact circumstances.
