Multiple Former US Teachers Face Expanded Child Sexual Abuse Charges

William Lawrence “Billy” Newsom, a retired Texas high school athletic trainer, was newly charged with indecency with a child, sexual assault of a disabled student, and aggravated sexual assault dating back to his tenure, after a prior arrest for soliciting sex from a minor online.
